Beans can be purchased whole, to be ground at home, or we can grind them for you at no extra cost – ready to use in your filter machine, cafetiere or espresso machine.

Food at Java
We serve a variety of food – something to suit everyone. We offer a selection of sandwiches, panini and jacket potatoes – all freshly prepared to order. Vegan and gluten-free options are always available. In the winter months we have a variety of delicious organic, vegan and gluten free handmade soups. And don't forget to check our specials board.

Jing Tea - A different experience
Launched in 2004, JING is enjoyed by customers around the world, Usually only found in exceptional restaurants and luxury hotels, as far as we are aware, The Old Java Coffee House is the only coffee shop in South Devon granted permission to sell it.
Our range includes authentic examples of Asia’s greatest tea from China, Taiwan, Japan, India and Sri Lanka. The hand-blown glass teapots and cups make JING teas a simple luxury.
